Application:

Sodium polyacrylate 45% can be used in a wide variety of formulations of latex paints. The product is recommended for use in a wide range of paints from matte non-textured to semi-glossy acrylic, styrene acrylic and vinyl acrylic formulations, effectively acting in the pH range from 6.5 to 10 in various temperature conditions. The pigment dispersant Sodium polyacrylate is supplied with a 45% dry residue content in sodium form. The product is perfectly compatible with rheology modifiers based on hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble emulsions (NASE), providing excellent viscosity stability and resistance to thermal aging. The dispersant Sodium polyacrylate 45% has low foaming and is effective in dispersing pigments and fillers.

Sodium polyacrylate 45% is usually used at 0.3% — 1.0% of the active ingredient content of the total weight of the pigment and fillers.
